Provide a detailed total revenue listing broken down into total number for the billing period comparing to last period

Show the revenue this month as compared to last month. Also, show the service, account and usage changes across the two periods

If you want to compare the bill run done in the current month or want to run the report at any point after the bill run has been done, then select current month. Also, you will get strange results if you select more than 1 month in the period, as the comparison will compare to the previous month before the earliest date. i.e. if you select first quarter, then the current statistics will be for 1 Jan - 31 Mar, however the previous will be from 1 Dec - 31 Dec

The amounts shown are all in local currency ex tax

These are utilising the reports that run those, so for more definition, please review those. Also it uses the previous months dates. e.g. if you have selected 1 April - 30 April then the new/ended services are from 1 Mar - 31 Mar
