Produce a summary by day of billable calls, minutes and rated amount

The calls that are being reported are only “standard” calls, they do not have an application associated with it, i.e. live answering, sms etc, they will be ignored

This field does not take into account any included minutes or usage values, it is merely looking at the raw rating of the call. So it may not produce the same amount as when the invoice is actually generated.
