Provide a customer summary, broken up into groups of a single bill run, i.e. for March

You may get strange results if you select more than 1 month, stronly advise to only select the date range for a scheduled bill run

The figures are all Ex. Tax, in local curency

The are all the call types that have either sms or mms in their title

This only counts sms that are billable, this is to ignore delivery receipts

This amount is the total that was on the invoice, i.e. if the customer has a bundle with $1000 of included usage and they spent $900 the usage would be $0.
