This page allows users to create, edit, and interact with different individual services. The following sections provide detailed instructions on how to navigate and utilize the various functionalities of the Services View page.

Overview

The Services View page is organized into several panels, each containing specific information and actions related to a service. Below are the main sections and functionalities available:

General Info

  • Customer: Displays the customer's name and provides a link to view the customer details.

  • Service Type: Describes the type of service.

  • Service ID: Clickable link to dial the service ID.

  • Quantity: Indicates the quantity of the service.

  • Monthly Fee: Shows the monthly fee for the service.

  • Date Started: The start date of the service.

  • Date Ended: The end date of the service, if applicable.

Billing Options

  • Bundle: Information about any bundle associated with the service.

  • Site: The site associated with the service.

  • Contract Term: The contract term details.

  • Call Rates: Information about call rates.

  • Service Status: Controls whether the service is billed during a bill run. The available values are:

  • Billing Cycle: Indicates the specific billing cycle for this service ( it overrides the customers default )

  • Next Invoice Date: The date of the next invoice ( is calculated as the date billed to less the customer's billing terms. The bill run generation automatically handles this for you, however you can override it if desired );

  • Cancellation Ticket #: The ticket number for cancellation.

  • Cancellation Date: The date the service was canceled.

  • Port Out Provider: The provider to which the service is ported out.

  • Churn Reason: The reason for service churn.

  • Notes: Additional notes related to billing.

Wholesale Provider Details

  • Provider: The wholesale provider's details.

  • Monthly Cost: The monthly cost from the provider.

Site Contact Details

  • Contact Name: The name of the site contact.

  • Contact Phone: The phone number of the site contact.

  • Contact Email: The email address of the site contact.

IP Details

  • Hostname: The hostname of the service.

  • Primary IP Address: The primary IP address associated with the service.

  • VLAN ID: The VLAN ID.

  • LAN Network: The LAN network details.

  • Subnet: The subnet information.

  • Gateway: The gateway details.

  • DNS 1: The primary DNS server.

  • DNS 2: The secondary DNS server.

User Details

  • Username: The username associated with the service.

  • Password: The password for the service.

  • Email Address: The email address associated with the service.

Additional Details

  • Related Service: Information about any related service.

  • Primary IP Alloc: The primary IP allocation.

  • Extended Live Answering SMS: Indicates if extended live answering SMS is enabled.

  • Sales Person: The salesperson associated with the service.

  • Port Speed/Bandwidth: The port speed or bandwidth.

  • No. of Ports: The number of ports.

CPE Details

  • Router Model: The model of the router.

  • Router name/network ID: The name or network ID of the router.

  • Router serial: The serial number of the router.

  • Telenet Password: The telnet password.

  • HTTP Server: The HTTP server details.

  • Enable Password: The enable password.

  • SDM Server: The SDM server details.

DSL Details

  • Encapsulation: The encapsulation method.

  • Modulation: The modulation type.

  • VPI: The VPI value.

  • VCI: The VCI value.

Data Settings

  • Included Data: The amount of data included in the service.

  • Additional Data Block: Details about additional data blocks.

  • Additional Data Block Charge: Charges for additional data blocks.

Additional Data

  • Additional Info: Displays a table with any additional information related to the service.

Invoices

  • Invoice: Lists all invoices related to the service, including the date, ex-tax amount, and inc-tax amount.

Misc Charges

  • Misc Charges: Lists all miscellaneous charges related to the service, including the invoice, date, description, tax code, tax rate, amount (ex GST), and amount (inc GST).

Timeline

  • Timeline: Displays a timeline of events, notes, and activities related to the service. Users can add new notes, events, and shipping tracking data.

Actions

  • Services List: Redirects to the list of all services.

  • View Audit Log: Opens the audit log for the service.

  • Call History Report: Generates a call history report.

  • Rate Calls: Opens a modal to rate calls.

  • Calculate ETF: Calculates the early termination fee.

  • Edit: Opens the edit page for the service.

  • Email: Opens a modal to email the service details.

  • Delete: Deletes the service after confirmation.
