Adding Call Packs To Services

The Process to add a service to a customer.

Step-by-step guide

In This Example We are Going to Work with the following information:

A $29 Hosted Pro Included $22.73 ( Ex GST ) Of Calls Per Month

Xenis records required for each service are:

1 x Call Pack

1 x Service Record

  1. Find the Customer Goto Customer View Page

  2. Scroll Down to "Call Packs"  And Click "Create New Pack"

  3. Select The Relevant details for the Plan or Pack.  That would look something like this:

  4. Once Saved, Go Back Into Customer View 

  5. Scroll Down to "Services" and click "Create Service Record"  Ensuring That you select A Call Pack Similar to the example below. 


    The key is to select a call pack that has a ( 0 ) beside it.  The ( # ) indicates that there is no other service using this call pack.  In a standard situation you need to have a 1 to 1 relationship between call packs and services. e.g. for every service I need a call pack.  Once you have saved that, you will then see a ( 1 ) Next to the call pack on the individual service.  Similar to the example here:
