Creating a Customer in PracBill

In this guide, we’ll show you how to easily create a customer in PracBill.

Step 1: Navigate to the Customer Creation page

To do this, just click Customers (on the right-hand side menu), and the Customers in the drop down menu. Then click the Create Button.

Step 2: Fill out the details for the new customer.

Although the amount of detail is completely up to you and your business, Important details to consider are

  • First and last name

  • Company Name (this will appear on the invoice)

  • ABN

  • Email Addresses (this is where the invoices will be emailed to)

  • Telephone contact details

 

Once you’ve completed all the relevant details, click Save at the bottom.

Now all you need to is to add some Services to bill.
