Charging Setup
The calls/messages are rated using a CDR Tarrif.
The fields required to be entered on that are:

Flag Fall | The Number of calls included in the base monthly charge ( ignore x amount of calls ) ( If there are no free minutes, this isn't used ) | 1 | 0 |
Billing Result for 66 Calls
Example 1:
66 - 1 = 65 ( total calls - flag fall )
65 / 5 = 13 ( billable calls / free minutes )
13 x 6.00 = 78.00 ( call groups x rate per minute )
Example 2:
66 x 1.50 = 99.00 ( calls x rate per minute )
Important Information
CDR Application = 'Live Answering'
Installation
create a script to add the charges in the data/DEPTID folder.
Add it to the cron setup for that installation.
